“The King`s Speech”

Introduction:
The King`s speech is a wonderful film, based on a true story, between King George VI and Lionel Logue, a speech therapist who helps the king to overcome his speech impediment and become king of England.
Development:
The king`s problems started when he was a child and his nanny didn’t feed him what caused him stomach and throat problems. He also suffered from knee problems and was left handed. All this was responsible for the speech impediment.
A very special relationship was born between Bertie (the king) and Lionel (the therapist) when they start the speech therapy.
Lionel teaches the king to be self-confident and motivates him to overcome all his trauma. Finally, Bertie becomes the leader the nation needs and is crowned king George VI of England.
Conclusion:
As you can see, this great film reinforces the idea of friendship and tells us never to give up. Social differences should never be an obstacle between people. Don`t miss it.
